This appears to be Datura inoxia
. It goes by many common names including Hindu Datura, Thorn Apple, Indian Apple, Sacred Datura ... This is an annual weed that is actually very toxic - all parts of the plant are toxic if ingested. It's up to you whether you nurture it but just know that in addition to being very poisonous, it is also considered invasive in many areas of the country. Here is a link that will give you some additional information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datura_inoxia
