tulip and daff bulbs

The road to hell is paved.......I had such good intentions in September and October. Alas...the giant bags of tulips and daffs are still sitting on the back porch unplanted. Unheated porch and it was 20 in there last night. Is there any way to salvage them for spring bloom this year? Keep in fridge?...

lavatera

I have a lavatera "Barnsley Baby" that I need to move. It is about 3 1/2 ft high and 3 ft wide. Should I prune it before moving it and, if so, how much? TY

forsythia

I bunged up my shoulder and did not prune my forsythia right after it bloomed. Is it too late to do it now? It's really a jungle.

Re: magnolia fertilizer

Thank you for your help. Does the early spring application also apply to rhodes, azaleas, and other acid lovers?

magnolia fertilizer

Could someone please tell me the proper numbers for fertilizer for a magnolia tree? [10-10-10, 10-20-30]?
I don't know what kind of magnolia it is - it was here when we moved in but it's leaves are anemic looking, pale green or yellowish. Thanks.
