what's on my pecan leaves?

I have this volunteer pecan tree in my flowerbed it's about 4 foot tall. These growths are on a lot of the leaves. What are they?

It's got buds the pecans are always a few weeks behind other trees when getting and losing leaves. Where it's at it kind of needs to be transplanted it's in the way. . I'll check out the links you posted. Thanks

Watermelons dieing

My watermelons are dieing. It's starting at the base of the plant and going out. They did the same thing last year. Any idea what it is? The weather here has not been too severe, I live near Norfolk. The curling of the leaves was basically all over. No herbicide has been sprayed near them either. It's just the regular garden dirt, tomato tone, and pine straw. What's weird is I have a row with 15 plants and had these 3 plants side by ...

Tomato trouble

I've got these 3 better boy tomatoes all next to each other out a row of 15 plants that in the last two weeks appear to have a disease. Could this be blight of something else? Neem oil for squash borers?

My local garden store recommended neem oil to prevent squash vine borers. I've never heard of it being used, any chance of it working? It's also organic, so if it works that's a plus.
